1. Get an idea from the customer and confirm the front fairing details
After understanding the customer's demands, we determined that the customer needed a one-piece front fairing, so we modified the original part and re-manufactured a new mold.
2. FRP Mold Ready and first sample production
Confirm all product development details, sign the contract with the customer, and start to make FRP mold. We made a new stylish mold for the front fairing. When the mold is ready, arrange the first sample production soon.
3. Sample testing the fitment on the bike and arranging production of bulk order
The first sample has been ready and we tested the fitment on the bike. After we confirmed all the assembly details were perfect, we arranged bulk order production.
4. Packaging & Delivery
The order was completed within the agreed time and the products were packaged using pearl cotton and cartons.
At this point, the current project has been successfully completed and we look forward to our next cooperation with the customer.
