Efficient Service Process for Custom Carbon Fiber Parts

Our comprehensive process ensures that every custom carbon fiber component is lightweight, strong, and tailored to your unique project needs.

1. Customer provide the ABS original part of Honda NSX

When we decided to develop accessories for this model, we contacted the customer and informed them of the relevant needs. The customer provided the original parts to the factory and we worked together to develop them.

2. ABS part received and inspected

We will inspect the originals sent by customers as soon as possible to ensure the accuracy of the developed products.

3. Mold Making and Sample production

Start mold making after confirming that the original is correct. After the mold ready, arrange the production of the first sample.

4. Sample send and Testing

After the first set of Porsche samples is completed, we send them to the customer for test assembly.

5. Sample approved and Order confirmation

I received the approval feedback from the customer and confirmed the bulk order.

6. Mass production and delivery

Arrange production in time and deliver orders to customers as scheduled
