The customer is a well-known motorcycle carbon fiber aftermarket supplier with a worldwide customer base in Thailand. Aim to offer premium visual carbon fiber parts at a reasonable price. This time we helped the customer customize and design the classic carbon fiber fuel tank cover for Yamaha R1 2022 year.

Our Service Process
1. Get an idea from the customer.
Once we know that the customer have interested with the R1 fuel tank cover, we provide a quotation to the customer, then we make the idea into reality.
2. Order Confirmation
When we reach an agreement on quotation, confirm all product development details, sign the contract with the customer, and start the next step.
3. Scan the data & Drawings design.
Looking for the model in China and scanning the tank cover data, then making the 3D drawings.
4. Drawing Approval & Mold Making
We will arrange mold production after the customer confirmed the drawing.
5. First Sample Production
The first sample will be ready soon and sent to the customer for testing. When the first sample is approved, mass-order production will begin.
6. Packaging & Delivery
The order was completed within the agreed-upon time and the products were packaged using pearl cotton and cartons. At this point, the current project has been successfully completed and we look forward to our next cooperation with the customer.
