Plain weave (1x1) is the classic carbon fiber pattern. We can provide different weight specifications (220 g, 240 g, and 280g) for you. Twill Weave (2x2) is also a preferred option for most customers because it has a superior and excellent visual effect on the product.

Forged carbon is a new type of fiber that has a marble effect and is satiny and soft to the touch.

This gives every product a unique look. All the above materials can be selected.

There are still a few customers who prefer colored Kevlar materials.

Our customization process:

Send 3D drawings or Design

In this initial, the customer provides the 3D drawings (stp,stl, igs, etc.) and tells us the detail requirements. Our R&D specialist will evaluate the feasibility of the project as soon as possible and give professional development suggestions within 48 hours. Or, according to the customer's idea, make some designs like the application, logo, and so on.

Quotation and Order Confirmed

Based on the difficulty of project development, we will send a detailed, competitive quote, including the mold fee and product fee, to the customer. After the customer accepts the quotation, the project is confirmed, and preliminary preparation work begins, including order confirmation, mold making, and prototype making. We can provide metal tooling and FRP molds to the customer; the prototype will be used in the FRP mold process.

Sample Confirmed and Mass Production

We will make a product document and have a meeting to confirm production details. The first sample will be arranged for production when the mold is ready. After the sample is approved by customers, we start mass production right away. Our service team will follow the production and inform you of our production status. We will deliver the order according to the agreed-upon delivery date.

Packing & Delivery

After the production and inspection are finished, we arrange the delivery and update the shipping information. We can offer standard packing as well as custom packing. And by cooperating with reliable logistics companies to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of goods.
